Policy: IPOs proposals on exceptions to copyright arising from Hargreaves Review – March 8, 2013

Analysis prepared by the BCC Working Group on Copyright & Technology as a “think piece” for the British Copyright Council and as a discussion paper for the meeting with IPO on 14th March 2013. This is a work in progress which at 04 April 2013 does not have a formal endorsement from the BCC but many members supports its approach.
