Policy: IPO Mediation Service – July 24, 2012

A response to IPO’s consultation on its Mediation Service addressing what would make the service of interest to copyright owners, the BCC’s views on why the service is currently little used by copyright owners and users and expressing some views on IPO’s role in relation to the Service.
