The BCC is very pleased that Andrew Yeates, its representative at the Diplomatic Conference to be to be held in Beijing in May, has also been asked to form part of the official UK Delegation. Andrew Yeates is a Director of the British Copyright Council and Chairman of its Working Group on Copyright and Technology and also represents several member organisations on the Council including two with a direct interest in audiovisual performances. Andrew is also a highly respected lawyer specialising in copyright matters.
